Why do a juice cleanse?
Juice cleansing is an amazing way to restore our bodies harmony. Over time due to eating and drinking the wrong kind of things our digestive systems become overburdened and less efficient.
When you follow a juice program you will become more aware of what you are putting into your body and notice which foods make you feel good.
We’re all exposed to many chemicals, processed foods, medication and pollution, as a result we never feel as good as we should. By doing a Juice Cleanse you’re only consuming juices, herbal teas and water therefore allowing your cells to be fed on pure liquid goodness as the nutrients contained in raw live juices are extremely easy for the body to digest.

Completing a juice cleanse?
Please note that you should not undertake a cleanse if you are under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have any concerns, or if your taking any medication or you have a medical condition please check with your doctor first.
If you’ve never done a Juice Cleanse before then I’d recommend starting off with a 1 or 3-day cleanse. Try and schedule your cleanse on your least busy days, and remember a nutritional juice cleanse is not a diet but is a form of liquid nourishment.
It’s also very important to prepare for your juice cleanse so for 3 days prior to starting, eliminate processed foods, alcohol, sugar, dairy, meat and start to cut down on tea/coffee to reduce your caffeine intake as this will reduce the likelihood of headaches. Remember to drink lots of water in between. Replace your usual cup of tea or coffee with hot lemon or other herbal teas. You may experience some withdrawal symptoms such as headaches but this is normal, and once it passes you can expect to be on a juicy high from day 3 onward!

We recommend starting your cleanse the day you receive your juices.
+ Can I eat anything?
The aim of the cleanse is to give your digestive system a break from processed foods and artificial stimulants and feed your body some natural, raw, high quality nutrition instead. If you feel like quitting because your too hungry then allow yourself a hunger SOS.. have an avocado, banana or a small handful of nuts such as almonds. Don’t give up, you’ll feel great if you finish your program.
+ Will I lose weight doing a cleanse?
Weight loss is not the main goal of the cleanse. The main goal is to give your digestive system a rest, remove toxins and replenish it with nutrients. It’s a kick start to a healthier lifestyle. Remove the toxins and weight loss will follow.
After the cleanse
First of all, well done! Now it’s time to stay on track and keep feeding yourself nourishing and healthy foods. I don’t advocate an all or nothing lifestyle. It’s all about moderation, and I like to live by the 80/20 rule as much as possible (80 being good), after all, we are only human!! Try and avoid refined carbohydrates, caffeine, and processed foods as much as possible, and introduce foods back in slowly. Try and introduce a daily juice into your new healthier lifestyle.
