1 Day Cleanse

 If a full 3 or 5 day cleanse is not for you then have you thought about doing a detox for 1 day.  It still gives the digestive system a rest and helps reduce toxins in the body (yes we all know that’s the liver’s job) all we are doing is giving it a wee helping hand.  You can do this on a weekly basis as it can help the liver deal with the many toxins that invade our everyday life from things such as pollution, alcohol, coffee, sugar (it’s in most things) smoking etc..

I’d highly recommend this if your feeling sluggish and low on energy. Might just give you that wee boost your body’s needing..

I believe that juicing should be a regular part of everyone’s daily life as it can add such a valuable nutritional boost to our everyday diet.
